At Junoesque, we want you to feel confident in every piece you receive.

You may open and inspect your order while the courier is present. If you wish to return the item, simply hand it back to the courier at that time — ensuring it is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. A return shipping fee will apply.

Please note that once the courier has left, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
